Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the e-mail box account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
